When I lost a dear family member early in the pandemic, I turned to yoga to pull me through the difficult and isolating days. What I didn’t know then is that grief is considered “fresh” within the first 2 years of experiencing a loss. It is not a linear process, but instead about how you live your life amidst suffering that loss. Whether it stems from the death of a loved one or a life-changing event like the loss of a relationship, home, job, or something else, doing yoga in community with others who are grieving can help process complicated emotions through your body to avoid them manifesting as mental, physical, or emotional strain. – Instructor Theresa Steltzer

Through yoga, mantra, and meditation, this 4-week series moves through various layers of grief and offers practices you can continue at home to support your personal growth. No yoga experience is needed, only a willing and open heart. Suitable for beginners to advanced students.
