Join us for a mindful walk through nature, pausing at certain points for standing asana and/or meditation. We’ll explore tips on proper walking posture and ways to protect your body going up and down hills. Suitable for all yoga levels. No mat needed, but proper walking shoes are important for natural trails!
Honey Hollow is a peaceful property home to a 1936 renovated barn that serves as the visitor center. All of this is surrounded by 110-acres of beautiful Bucks County, with 6 miles of trails, meadows, forests, ponds, wetlands, and streams.
Come deepen your yoga practice and connect with nature!
EVERY OTHER FRIDAY, 3:30 – 4:30 PM (Starting June 18)
Buy a single credit for $17 or use your class package.
Groups will be limited in size.
Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated and at any point you are not able to socially distance, or you are in the visitor center.
Restrooms will be available in the visitor center.
If it rains and the walk/class does not take place, your class credit will be put back on your account.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR JULI ECKMEIER
Juli has intuitively involved yoga in her various jobs teaching children music and movement before completing her 200 hr. certification from Dragonfly Yoga Studio with an extra 50 hr. emphasis on Ayurveda. She got her 45 hr. children’s yoga certification in NYC, then trained in anatomy and myofascial release before completing a chair yoga certification and is currently working toward her 500 hr. certification. She strongly believes that yoga is beneficial for every age, body and mind and loves the chance to spread her enthusiasm on the subject! She is an artist, musician, nature enthusiast, and has four children and lots of animals at home!
