Winter is here! Now more than ever, in the midst of a global pandemic, we need to take steps to support our immune system so that it functions optimally rather than trying to restore it once it is already down. Throughout this workshop, we will focus on movement, myofascial release, breath work, and meditation to invigorate our body and mind. This time of year it is vital to nourish and energize all of our organs to promote proper function by bringing awareness and energy to them. We will also explore Ayurveda, herbs, foods, and lifestyle changes that will strengthen our immune system. I hope you will join me for this deep dive inward to clear out anything that creates dis-ease and instead welcome balance on all levels of our being.
