ABOUT INSTRUCTOR ADI STRIGL
Adi was introduced to yoga at the age of 16 in her homeland, Israel. It was an unforgettable encounter filled with Sanskrit words and unusual posters which left her curious and mesmerized. It took her a few years to realize that encounter wasn’t coincidental. Yoga found her again at the age of 23, and has been her anchor and sanctuary throughout life’s adventures ever since. After serving as an officer in the Israeli army and traveling the world, she met her husband and settled in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where they live happily with their 3 kids. Adi had received her degree in Graphic Design, and felt there is more to life than sitting in front of a computer. She then decided to revisit her love of yoga and take it to the next level. Adi had received her 200-hour certification from Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Doylestown, under the mentorship of Alexis Ridge-Simek and Joe Simek. She is currently pursuing a 500 hour yoga certification from Dig Yoga studio in Lambertville, NJ. Adi was also fortunate to deepen her studies and attend inspirational workshops with Rolf Gates, Seane Corn, Aadil Palkhivala, Max Strom and other renowned yogis. Adi thrives to bring light heartedness, thoughtfulness, and humor into her classes, and take the participants on a self exploration on and off the mat.
